Pastry School

Do you want to learn how to make your own mincemeat pies? I will show you how to make your own shortcrust pastry. The dates for 2012 are as follows:

  • 19th November
  • 20th November
  • 23rd November
  • 5th December

The instruction takes place in small classes, at most four people, and runs from 7 – 9pm. Feedback from those who have participated in earlier classes such as Scone School has been overwhelmingly positive and participants have gone on to bake or cook with new-found confidence.
